Refund & Return / Exchange Policy

At Retail Station PK, customer satisfaction is important to us.
1. Exchange Policy (3–5 Days)
Customers may request an exchange within 3 to 5 days of receiving the order if:
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The size or variant needs replacement (subject to availability)
To qualify for exchange:
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase/order number must be provided
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items
- Personal-use items where hygiene concerns apply
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The ordered item is unavailable after payment
- A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled
- The customer receives a defective item and replacement is unavailable
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.
4. Exchange Procedure
To request an exchange or refund:
- Contact customer support within 3–5 days of delivery
- Share order number and issue details
- Provide product photos if requested
- Our team will review and guide the next steps
5. Shipping Charges
- Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the issue occurred due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless a mistake was made by Retail Station PK
6. Right to Refuse
Retail Station PK reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund requests that do not meet policy requirements.
